20 February 2022- John is still researching & writing books. In the Fall of 2019, he purchased a New Collection! It is already on the website with the ID code (& Book Number). Check the Category under Estate Sale - ES.
John & Paul Spyhalski are still working on the M&STL - so watch this website!
Late in 2019, John put out a Map Book that lists all of the maps that he sells - 4,000+. The soft cover book is the Index of the Maps & included with the Index is a Thumb Drive of all 4,000 maps. You can Browse to your heart's content!
If you want a Larger Version of the Map, just let us know & John can still get you a copy.
The website is pretty much the same as was the previous version. Our Hosting company wanted to "Soup Up" their websites for the changing times. Please be patient as I try to make sense of this new way of doing things, so I can make this site similiar to the site you are more familiar with.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Internet Orders
After you place your Order, you can now select your form of payment without leaving the website. We manually process all Orders using Square.
With over 2,000 books added in August 2019, it may take us a bit to get through all of the books. Please allow us up to 5 (five) days to find your Order.
At this point, we don't have to contend with RR Shows & the books being out of the House, so we may be able to find your Order quicker. Orders are NOT processed until the Book/s have been found. If you receive a receipt, you know that the book/s have been found, wrapped & mailed. (Please allow for the current state of the USPS - we are learning they are not as quick as they used to be). We will still be shipping - Media Mail.
If we can not find the book, we will let you know & Cancel your Order.
If you want a New Book (recently published) & we don't have said Title, we can contact our Distributor & get a restock - this usually takes from 7-10 days. We will let you know if we have to take that route.
Maps - Please allow 1-2 weeks to get you a copy of your map. Please check out the New Map Book (Index) & 4,000 Maps (on a Thumb Drive) - you might see what you are looking for there.
NON-INTERNET ORDERS

During the Coronavirus/COVID-19, we are NO longer accepting appointments to come to the House & look at the Books. We may be able to let you pick up your Order - please let us know. (Since February 2020, John has been advised to "shelter in place", due to his "Vulnerable" Health Status. My Health Status, though not as bad, has made us realize we both need to Just Stay Home). We have had No One In the house since 29 February 2020. It will remain that way for the foreseeable future.
REFUNDS
If the item ordered is not everything you thought it would be, we will accept Returns provided we are informed 7 (seven) days after the receipt of your Order. Items are returned at the customers expense.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES -U.S.A (We Do Not Ship Internationally).
Books - $7.00 for the 1st book & $1.00 for each additional book ordered.
Map Book/Maps - $5.00 for 1st Map Book/map & $1.00 for each additional Map Book/map.
MINNESOTA SALES TAX - ALL Minnesota residents are required to pay Minnesota Sales Tax per your zip code. Check out the Minnesota Department of Revenue, if you don't know your Tax Rate.
